Reliable Drive and Power-Transmission Solutions for Heavy-Duty Operating Conditions
At AYDINLAR DISLI & MAKINA and AYMAK CELIK, we provide gearboxes, gears, and mechanical power-transmission solutions for mills, crushers, screens, and other process equipment used in cement production plants.
We engineer equipment for cement plants by considering high torque, impact loads, continuous operation, heavy dust, vibration, and variable process conditions. Through appropriate material selection, heat treatment, precision machining, and controlled assembly, we aim to manufacture reliable and long-service-life systems.

OUR ENGINEERING AND MANUFACTURING APPROACH
In gear and gearbox design, tooth-flank strength, tooth-root stresses, contact ratio, backlash, shaft deflection, bearing loads, and housing strength are evaluated as an integrated system. KISSsoft calculations, bearing-life analyses, and finite element analysis are used to verify the operating performance of critical components before manufacturing.
Our manufacturing processes include appropriate material selection, heat treatment, precision machining, gear cutting and grinding, dimensional quality control, and controlled assembly.
Our objective is to provide reliable, maintainable, and long-service-life machinery and power-transmission solutions suitable for the demanding continuous-duty conditions of cement plants.
