At AYDINLAR DISLI & MAKINA and AYMAK CELIK, we provide modernisation services to improve the capacity, product quality and operational reliability of existing plants.
Our work begins with an assessment of production bottlenecks, causes of downtime, mechanical wear and capacity constraints. Rolling stands, gearboxes, drive systems, shafts, couplings, bearing arrangements and transfer equipment are evaluated against the revised production targets.
We assess the effects of increased capacity across the entire production line and strengthen, replace or redesign equipment where required. Serviceable existing systems are retained, while installation and commissioning activities are planned around the production schedule.
This approach aims to preserve the value of existing assets, improve maintainability and establish more efficient operating conditions.
