Controlled Overhaul for Reliable Power Transmission
At AYDINLAR DISLI & MAKINA and AYMAK CELIK, we carry out maintenance, repair and overhaul of heavy-duty industrial gearboxes. Each gearbox is assessed according to its operating conditions, service history and damage findings.
Following controlled disassembly and cleaning, gears, shafts, bearings, bearing seats, housings, covers and lubrication systems are inspected. Gear tooth contact patterns, backlash, shaft runout and bearing seat dimensions are checked to determine repair or replacement requirements.
During reassembly, bearing arrangements, axial settings and gear tooth contact are checked. Rotation, noise, vibration, temperature and sealing performance are evaluated under suitable test conditions.
We also investigate lubrication, alignment and loading conditions that may contribute to damage, helping extend equipment service life and reduce unplanned downtime.
