At AYDINLAR DISLI & MAKINA and AYMAK CELIK, we manufacture spare parts for heavy industrial machinery, rolling mill and steelmaking equipment, and power transmission systems.
Our manufacturing scope includes spur, helical and bevel gears, large-diameter gears, pinions, shafts, couplings, cardan shafts, bearing housings, bushes and custom machine components. In addition to manufacturing to drawings, we reproduce existing components through measurement and reverse engineering.
Materials, heat treatment and manufacturing methods are selected according to the component’s load, torque, speed and operating conditions. Following precision machining, gear cutting and, where applicable, gear grinding, we inspect critical dimensions, geometrical tolerances and surface quality to produce components compatible with the existing system.
