Apprentice and Engineer Training and Internship Programs
In order to improve the professional skills of our youth and to maintain the master-apprentice relationship that comes from our traditions, Aydınlar Gear&Machine organizes an apprenticeship program under the name "Aydınlar Academy" for our young people who want to acquire a profession.
This program is designed for apprentices to develop qualifications designed to support their career goals, the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the workplace. As an Apprentice, you will be supported by experienced operators, R&D staff and a Human Resources officer.
Aydınlar Gear&Machine also works closely with Universities and offers student engineers many opportunities, from field visits to work experience and internships.
