From Engineering to Operation, Integrated Production Systems
At AYDINLAR DISLI & MAKINA and AYMAK CELIK, we provide turnkey project services for bar and wire rod rolling mills and steelmaking plants. Within the agreed project scope, we coordinate process and plant engineering, equipment design, manufacturing, procurement, quality control, shipment, mechanical erection, electrical and automation installation, and commissioning.
Plants are engineered according to the required capacity, feedstock, product range and site conditions. We design rolling stands, gearboxes, flying shears, roller tables, cooling beds, transfer systems and packing systems to suit the production flow.
Equipment compatibility, material pass lines, maintenance clearances and operator safety are considered from the design stage to support reliable operation and sustainable production.
