From an Existing Component to a Verified Design
At AYDINLAR DISLI & MAKINA and AYMAK CELIK, we provide reverse engineering services for mechanical components with unavailable drawings, discontinued production or limited supply availability.
We measure gears, pinions, shafts, couplings, rolls and gearbox components to prepare 3D models and manufacturing drawings. Material properties, hardness, interface dimensions, contact patterns and damage indications are evaluated.
Rather than directly reproducing worn surfaces, we examine mating components and assembly interfaces to establish the intended functional geometry. Strength, tolerances and operating clearances are checked through the necessary engineering calculations.
Using the resulting technical documentation, we manufacture components compatible with the existing system and, where required, improve the design for strength, assembly and maintenance.
