Reliable Power-Transmission Solutions for Demanding Marine Conditions
At AYDINLAR DISLI & MAKINA and AYMAK CELIK, we design and manufacture mechanical power-transmission components for marine and offshore applications. We engineer shafts, couplings, brake assemblies, and gearbox components used aboard vessels, at port facilities, and in systems operating in marine environments according to their operating loads, torque requirements, rotational speeds, and environmental conditions.
Equipment used in marine applications must operate reliably under continuous and variable loads, vibration, impact, misalignment, humidity, and corrosive conditions. For this reason, material selection, heat treatment, surface quality, dimensional tolerances, balancing, connection geometries, and assembly compatibility are controlled throughout the manufacturing process.

OUR ENGINEERING AND MANUFACTURING APPROACH
During the design process, shaft strength under torsional and bending loads, gear-contact and tooth-root stresses, bearing loads, connection components, and housing strength are evaluated together. KISSsoft calculations, bearing-life analyses, and finite element analysis are used to verify the operating performance of critical components before manufacturing.
Our manufacturing processes include appropriate material selection, heat treatment, precision machining, gear cutting and grinding, dimensional quality control, and controlled assembly. In addition to manufacturing new equipment, we perform on-site measurement of existing components, damage assessment, maintenance and overhaul, and the remanufacturing of critical spare parts.
Our objective is to provide reliable, maintainable, and long-service-life mechanical power-transmission solutions suitable for the demanding operating conditions of marine and offshore systems.
