From Requirements to Design, Manufacturable and Reliable Solutions
At AYDINLAR DISLI & MAKINA and AYMAK CELIK, we provide project-specific engineering services for heavy industrial plants, rolling mills, steelmaking plants and power transmission systems. Our services cover site surveys, requirements analysis, capacity calculations, mechanical design, 3D modelling and manufacturing documentation.
We evaluate operating loads, power, torque, speed, material properties and maintenance requirements together. For gears and gearboxes, we use KISSsoft calculations, bearing life analyses and, where required, finite element analysis. Gear backlash is specified with consideration for lubrication, manufacturing tolerances and thermal expansion.
Close cooperation between our engineering and manufacturing teams enables us to develop solutions that are manufacturable, accessible for assembly and maintenance, and suited to actual operating conditions.
