- Operational support and technical consultancy
- After-sales maintenance and spare-parts support
ENGINEERING TAILORED TO ACTUAL OPERATING CONDITIONS
Every machine and industrial plant has different production objectives, capacities, operating loads, and environmental conditions. We therefore develop our solutions according to each customer’s actual requirements instead of adapting a standard item of equipment to every application.
During the design process, we evaluate:
- Operating loads and torque values
- Material strength and fatigue life
- Gear geometry and backlash
- Bearing loads and calculated bearing life
- Shaft and housing strength
- Vibration and impact loads
- Thermal effects
- Lubrication conditions
- Maintenance and assembly requirements
- Production capacity and energy efficiency
Engineering methods such as KISSsoft-based gear calculations, bearing-life analyses, and finite element analysis are used to verify the technical integrity of our designs.
STRONG MANUFACTURING INFRASTRUCTURE
Our manufacturing facility is located on a company-owned site covering a total area of 8,534 m² in the Kemalpaşa Organised Industrial Zone in İzmir.
The facility comprises:
- A building footprint of 5,020 m²
- A production area of 4,420 m²
- A multi-storey office and administrative area of 1,800 m²
- A total enclosed usable area of 6,220 m²
An approximately 2,500 m² facility expansion project, undertaken to meet increasing production-capacity requirements, was completed in August 2023.
This infrastructure enables the manufacturing of large gears, gearboxes, special-purpose machinery components, and comprehensive plant equipment.
CAPABILITY TO HANDLE HEAVY AND LARGE-SCALE EQUIPMENT
Our manufacturing facility is equipped with six overhead travelling cranes of various lifting capacities.
By operating three cranes together, a maximum lifting capacity of 55,000 kg can be achieved. The maximum lifting height is 14 metres.
Wide industrial access doors and heavy-lifting infrastructure allow large machinery and equipment to be safely transferred into the production area, assembled, and prepared for shipment.
GEAR AND GEARBOX EXPERTISE
Gears and gearboxes are among the most critical components of power-transmission systems used in heavy industrial plants. A failure in this equipment may result in the complete shutdown of a production line.
For this reason, we evaluate the following factors as an integrated system throughout the design and manufacturing processes:
- Correct gear geometry
- Appropriate module and pressure angle
- Material and heat-treatment selection
- Gear tooth surface quality
- Shaft and bearing arrangement
- Gear tooth contact pattern
- Gear backlash
- Housing rigidity
- Lubrication system
- Assembly and shaft alignment
Our objective is to manufacture reliable, long-service-life power-transmission systems with optimised load distribution and low vibration and noise levels.
TURNKEY PLANT EXPERIENCE
AYMAK CELIK provides engineering, equipment manufacturing, mechanical assembly, electrical and automation installation, and commissioning services for bar and wire rod rolling mills and steelmaking plants.
The rolling mill projects completed for Bilecik Demir Çelik, Çağ Çelik, and Çelsantaş are among our key references in which engineering expertise was successfully integrated with manufacturing and field implementation.
The field experience gained from these projects enables actual operational requirements to be incorporated into the design of new plants and the modernisation of existing facilities.
MODERNISATION AND CAPACITY UPGRADES
Complete replacement of an existing plant is not always necessary or economically viable. We therefore assess the condition of existing equipment and develop modernisation solutions to improve production capacity, product quality, operational reliability, and energy efficiency.
We identify the sections of the existing system that can be retained and redesign the equipment requiring replacement or reinforcement based on engineering calculations and field measurements.
Our objective is to implement each investment within a technically and economically viable scope.
REVERSE ENGINEERING AND SPARE-PARTS SUPPORT
We provide reverse-engineering services for machinery components whose technical drawings are unavailable, which are no longer manufactured, or which have extended delivery times.
By inspecting the existing component’s dimensions, material properties, wear patterns, and condition of damage, we can prepare the technical documentation required for manufacturing.
We develop prompt and controlled solutions, particularly for gears, shafts, pinions, couplings, rolls, bearing housings, and gearbox components.
MAINTENANCE, OVERHAUL, AND AFTER-SALES TECHNICAL SUPPORT
We do not consider our responsibility for delivered equipment to end upon shipment.
For gearboxes and mechanical equipment, we provide:
- Damage assessment
- Controlled disassembly
- Gear and bearing inspection
- Shaft-journal and bearing-seat measurements
- Tooth contact pattern and backlash inspection
- Component repair or remanufacturing
- Precision assembly
- Lubrication checks
- No-load testing and commissioning support
Through maintenance, overhaul, and spare-parts services, we aim to extend equipment service life and reduce unplanned production downtime.
QUALITY CONTROL AND TRACEABILITY
We regard quality not merely as a final inspection performed at the end of production, but as a system that must be applied throughout the entire process.
Material inspection, in-process manufacturing checks, dimensional verification, gear inspection, assembly checks, and final acceptance procedures are performed to ensure that products comply with project requirements.
Measurement results and technical records are evaluated and maintained in a traceable manner according to product and project requirements.
SUSTAINABLE MANUFACTURING APPROACH
Long-service-life machinery design, maintenance and overhaul services, appropriate material utilisation, and energy efficiency are fundamental elements of our sustainability approach.
Our solar power plant investment, completed in 2023, was undertaken to increase the use of renewable energy and improve the energy efficiency of our manufacturing facility.
We evaluate resource consumption, waste management, environmental impacts, and employee safety together throughout our manufacturing operations.
LONG-TERM BUSINESS PARTNERSHIPS
We do not limit our customer relationships to a single project or product delivery. We aim to remain an accessible and reliable solution partner for maintenance, overhaul, spare parts, capacity upgrades, and technical support requirements arising throughout the plant’s operating life.
Choosing AYDINLAR DISLI & MAKINA and AYMAK CELIK means working with an experienced solution partner that assumes the same level of engineering responsibility throughout every stage—from design and manufacturing to assembly, commissioning, and after-sales support.
