Correct Installation, Controlled Commissioning, Reliable Operation
At AYDINLAR DISLI & MAKINA and AYMAK CELIK, we carry out on-site installation and commissioning of machinery, gearboxes, rolling mill equipment and steelmaking equipment.
Installation activities include equipment positioning, centreline and level adjustments, motor–gearbox connections, coupling alignment, bearing arrangements, and checks of lubrication and hydraulic systems. Electrical and automation installation within the project scope is coordinated with the mechanical work.
Following installation inspections, cold checks and no-load tests are performed to verify rotational directions, operating sequences and system coordination. Equipment that passes these checks is progressively operated under load, with temperature, vibration, noise, leakage and safety functions monitored. Final adjustments are completed to establish stable operating conditions.
